Due to size, weight or delivery requirements, it may be necessary to send your order in multiple boxes or shipments and/or via freight carrier. MSC/J&L will select the carrier unless otherwise specified during order entry. All orders are FOB shipping point, with shipping charges prepaid and added or collect per customer requirements.

Enclose a copy of the RMA in the package and ship it back to MSC/J&L.

| Damaged Merchandise - Shipments |
If a shipment arrives with visible damage, refuse the shipment or sign for as “Damaged” and call MSC/J&L on 0800 66 33 55 to request a replacement. We will initiate a claim with the carrier, and enter a new order for the merchandise.
If a shipment arrives with hidden damage, follow these steps:
Inspect the contents to determine the extent of the damage.
Keep the original packaging for the carrier's inspection.

| Late Shipments |
In the unlikely event that you do not receive an
order within the time expected, call MSC/J&L on 0800 66 33 55 and we
will trace the shipment immediately. If your order cannot be traced,
MSC/J&L will send another shipment of the goods.

If your order arrives incomplete, please check the
contents of the package against the packing slip for any backordered
